Is browsing still free?

Yes. Discovery, voting, profiles, and product pages stay free. Only creating a new public product requires a launch entitlement.

What's the difference between $9 and $29?

Single Launch ($9) gives one submission credit. Maker Lifetime ($29) lets you submit products whenever you ship, with one payment.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support if something went wrong with checkout. Refunded purchases revoke entitlements; linked Single Launch products and Lifetime paid_launch listings are soft-deleted.
